Biscuit Cutter

biscuit cutter

Usually round and made of plastic or metal, a biscuit cutter is deeper than a cookie cutter. It's used to cut biscuits from dough that has been rolled or flattened. Biscuit cutters may be purchased singly or as nested sets with different sizes.

O! I thought this was a 3/4 cup I didn't even know it was a "Biscuit Cutter" but okay. My suggestion is to make sure the dough is good and soft with few lumps, I mean make sure the texture of the dough is handle in a caring matter. Well my opinion is that you use gloves, plastic gloves I mean see threw gloves, it works out fine for me, am I on target?
