My boyfriend says the best carrot cake he ever had was out of an old Betty Crocker cookbook. He said it was made in a bundt pan and you poured caramel sauce over it and let it soak in before you took it out of the pan. I have a couple of really old cookbooks but can't find the recipe. Does anyone have any idea where to find the recipe?
