MISSING DIRECTIONS

You use the same amt of water and flakes.   Heat your water and butter and salt to boiling and add your flakes and remove from heat and add about 1/4 cup of milk or to desired consistency.

MISSING DIRECTIONS

Hi bellasgma, I don't go by the exact measurments, I do believe that you use the same amount of potatoes as liquid, I use the same amount of water as milk. as an example you'd use 1c. each water and milk, bring to a boil, add 2c. instant potatoes, and stir untill blended, adding 1/4.c margarine/butter and salt & pepper to taste. As I said, I used equal parts water and milk because we like it better, that way,:-)
