“My inspiration for these bars was one of my own most requested recipes for white chocolate chip cookies. By using similar ingredients and the Betty Crocker Cookie Mix I was able to turn a simple chocolate chip cookie into something over the top and decadent. Everyone that tried the bars really enjoyed the combination of almonds, white chocolate, and apricots, especially those who were not a fan of regular chocolate.”
