Crisp Chocolate-Espresso Ribbon Cookies



“During the holiday season I bake a lot of cookies and this contest inspired me to continue my tradition and become even more creative. I shared my goodies with family and friends who were my taste testers and critics. They thought I did a great job of revising my ribbon cookie recipe using Betty Crocker’s Sugar Cookie mix. My sister and I analyzed the combination of bittersweet chocolate, almonds and espresso bean flavor while we munched on my Crisp Chocolate Espresso Ribbon creation and enjoyed a cup of coffee together, which was perfect with the cookie. We agreed that this cookie, in our never humble opinion, was a winner!”
