“I love Snickers candy bars and wanted to recreate the concept except with a cookie bottom. I tested what has become known as ‘Amy’s creations’ with our local car club members and with my co-workers. Sometimes my creations need a little work and other times they turn out just right. The best part is seeing the pleasure my tasty treats bring to others. When they tell me I am not allowed to make a goodie anymore because it is too addictive, I know I have a winner.”
