My favorite Betty Crocker potatoes are the Deluxe Loaded Au Gratin Potatoes. I found an excellent crock pot recipe in which I use them. Here's the recipe:

1 7.7 oz. box Betty Crocker Deluxe Loaded Au Gratin Potatoes

1-1/2 lbs. lean ground beef

1 medium onion, finely shopped

8 oz. fresh sliced mushrooms

1 can whole kernel corn

2 cans cream of celery soup (98% fat free)

salt and pepper to taste

8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese

Brown the ground beef with onions; drain. Place potatoes and seasoning mix (but not the crumb topping) in the slow cooker; top with mushrooms, corn, and cream of celery soup. Top potato mixture with ground beef and onion. Salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle cheese over beef. Cover and cook 7 to 9 hours on low. Serves 4. My husband and son are upset if I don't prepare this at least once a week!
