Seemed like I would never be able to eat anything I liked. That said 2 years into it and I've found there isn't much I miss. They make so many differnt types of products that can be adapted to this lifestyle. And more and more compaines are jumping on the bandwagon so that is great. And as a final note don't know if this will be an encouragement or not but there are several drug companies that are it trials developeing medication that would more or less "cure" celiacs desease.
