What to do with lefover chocolate fondu

I made lots of decadent chocolate fondu with bittersweet chocolate and whipping cream; i refuse to throw the lelftover away. There must be a way to cook/bake with it...any ideas?

Chocolate with heavy cream is called ganache and you can use it to make truffles, top a cake, ice petit fours or warm and pour over ice cream.

I LOVE this recipe:

 Ganache-Topped Brownie Bites

It is easy, as it uses brownie mix. If you don't have a mini-muffin pan, you can also just cut the brownies into small squares. I have topped with raspberries and strawberries. Very easy & elegant. You can also freeze them w/o the fruit on top.

put it in the fridge and use it to top ice cream or iceing for cupcakes, cakes,or cookies.  It would also make 'great" hot chocolate! you could add powdered sugar untill thick like cake iceing and ice graham crackers , making graham cracker sandwiches. granna
