Cooking 3 pans of Lasagna

I'm having a dinner party and have 3 trays of frozen Lasagna to cook.  For one tray the directions say to cook 60-70 minutes.  How do I cook two or even three trays at once?  Or should I start early and cook individually.  Help!  Thanks,

Patricia

I would cook them at the same time.  You will probably need to add a few minutes to the cook time.  For even baking and browning, I would rotate them halfway through.

Hi PatriciaJo, My goodness, you have got your hands full.  I agree heartily with Alabama Cooker.  Believe, most of my cooking knowledge has come from AC, she knows her cooking and is very knowledgeable.  I might also add that you might want to try and keep the cooking times you mentioned, but watch the lasagnas very carefully, even though you will be rotating the lasagnas, it is still worth keeping a very close eye on them.  A quick question, do each of the lasagnas have different ingredients, for example: ground beef, italian sausage or spinach.  If so that might account for the different cooking times.  Meat takes longer to cook, so if that is the case you definately have to watch them.  You may as well cook them at the same time, otherwise you will be cooking for 2 days straight! Arghhhh!  Take care and Happy Thanksgiving!

I had a party where I cooked 3 pans of lasagna and I did lots of rotating........mine were all the same kind though, so that probably made it easier.  I hope it works out and let us know how you did it!
