Last year, my hubby and I went to a Superbowl party.

I brought a double batch of these mexican shells:  http://www.bettycrocker.com/recipes.aspx/mexican-pasta-shells/8165d9fa-cb99-4b94-b4e0-25a7bf6a00d8

and made this beautiful Mexican Salad: http://www.pillsbury.com/Recipes/ShowRecipe.aspx?rid=41329

Both were a huge hit. I'm almost tempted to make the shells again this year. I think though, we'll be at home, and I might invite some family over.

I bet my hubby would love this:

If my uncle brings my 5 year-old cousin over though, I probably should have something kid friendly. Knowing she has a sweet tooth. We could make these together if she bored watching the game.

So, we'll see what ends up happening. Can't wait to hear... errr... read what you're making!

Sincerely, Cate

We have a superbowl party each year for the guys in the family. This year I'll have the Greek subs. (Large sub rolls cut into 1/3 and hollowed out to stuff with grilled chicken, yellow peppers, cucumbers, red onions, and black olives all topped with a Greek dressing.) These will marinade for 4 hour before the game. I'll serve these with chips.

Also is my special 3 alarm chili with scoops and shredded cheddar cheese.

Always salsa and chips

Hot wings with three kinds of dips. Honey mustard, one made with yougart and red onions and a few more secrret ingredients. Some nice crispy celery sticks with this one.

Last of all is my fresh lemon tarts and apple crumb mini pies. Biscotti is always on the table and this year I made some good old fashioned oatmeal raisin cookies.

Lots of drinks. Non alcoholic except for some beer.

Let the good times roll.

We asked our Facebook fans this question, too! Here are some of their responses:

Christy Williams: hot wings for sure and possible a veggie pizza the one with cresent rolls as the crust and sauce is sour cream ranch dressing and I think cream cheese with raw veggies on top..

Janet D. Carty-Seebald: Lets see, Buffalo Chicken Sloppy Joes, Sweet Heat wings, veggie tray with hummus (gotta have something healthy), my fathers famous cream cheese dip w/ Fritos, queso and something sweet maybe a peanut butter and chocolate brownie. Can we see I like to cook?

Susan Tober Bessette: Spinach Dip with crusty bread, Crabmeat cheesepuffs, Buffalo chicken dip and kielbasa

Celina Sherman: We're having Philly Cheese Steaks, Seasoned Fries, Bacon wrapped pineapple chunks, Cheese Ball, Spinach Dip with a Bread Boat, Monterrey Jack Cheese Dip with Tortilla Chips, Pepperoni & Mozzarella Bits, Sausage Balls, Homemade decorated football cookies, a football cake from the bakery, served with iced tea, cream sodas & root beers.

Jessica Mashaw: Mini Buffalo Chicken Pastries, Pizza Stuffed Garlic Rolls, and Sausage Balls
