This is the easiest and best layered pea salad.  You'll love it.

1 head of lettuce, shredded

1 medium onion, finely chopped

1 bag frozen peas, blanched

Light mayo or miracle whip

1 bag shredded parmesan

1 bag fritos (crushed)

Layer lettuce, onion, peas, mayo, and parmesan.  Refrigerate until chilled or ready to serve.  Top with crushed Fritos.  I usually mix it all up before I serve it but you don't need to.

Enjoy!
