Crunchy cookies and keeping them that way

I love my cookies crunchy. How do I make them crunchy? once cookies are in storage they seem to get soft. How do I keep them crunchy?

Ann from the kitchens has responded! Hope this helps! Sincerely, Cate

For the crunchy cookie question:  Some people like their cookies crisp and others like them chewy.  For chewy cookies, reduce minimum bake time by one to two minutes for a crisper cookie bake one to two minutes beyond the maximum bake time.  When you store the cookies if you like crisper cookies do not store them in an air tight container, store cookies loosely covered.

Scroll down to the first post on this website. Chewy and Crunchy Cookies Bake it according to the recipe, and like the first reply said, cover loosely. I like my cookies crispy too.
