Jessica~I love this site. The recipes are so EZ and usually the ingredients are things most of us have on hand. My favorite site, though is mixingbowl.com.You must check it out, as it will broaden your horizons. It's more like a community of friends. The more you share, the better you get to know the "Mixers". Please give it a try.   Blondie X0X

Hi Jessica,

i love this site as well and i recently made whoopie pies and there is like 4 or 5 recipes for them on this site but i chose this one:

It is called "Let's Make Whoopie Pies"

if the filling is to strong for you, you can just use frosting or you can use something even  lighter like whipped cream.

Hi Jessica,

I do like this site also...but one of my grandson's favorites that I make and is super super easy, is a beef roast in the crock pot...I use all different kinds of inexpensive cuts...I usually have to use 2-3 roasts when he is here as I cannot make enough of this for him...He eats it all day long and he is a 9 yr. old...he is growing so fast that he eats about every 2 hours so this is great for when he is here...He calls it his favorite chicken... :0))

I brown my roast seasoned with salt. pepper, onion powder and garlic powder on both sides...while it is browning I put cream of mushroom soup, and Lipton dry onion soup with a 1/2 can of water in bottom of crock-po and mixt...I use one of each of each roast I cook...once roast is browned put it in on top of sauce...Then you can put your potatoes and carrots in on top and cook all together or leave them out...which ever you choose...My grandson loves the meat and doesn't much care for cooked carrots or the potatoes in it...so I leave them out...I usually make corn on the cob for him with either rice or mashed potatoes...can use the gravy in the crock pot on the rice or potatoes...it is really good and so simple...Great for a busy day too...

Hope this helps you...Many blessings to you...
