How about turkey tacos with some black beans and rice (black beans and rice recipe can be found on allrecipes.com).  It's healthy and still has the same texture as the sloppy joe's.

Try this for your tacos, I do and everyone LOVES them:

Prepare tacos as usual with seasoning using turkey in place of beef.

Add in a few tablespoons of salsa to the tacos

Add in 1/2 can fat free refried beans, enjoy!!!

My kids love fajitas!  Soft flour tortillas, grilled chicken, refried beans mixed with salsa, lettuce, cheese - my little one even likes sour cream.  They choose what they want to go in it and then roll the tortilla themselves.  Fun to make = fun to eat!

When its dinner time I get aggravated. Often I end up with pasta. Recently I tried out the Easy sandwich ideas on

and my family enjoyed the change. I keep searching for easy dinner ideas as my kids get tired of any recipe that gets repeated more than twice. So, In case I come across any more ideas, Will keep you posted.

Hi everyone!  I hope everyone is having a great Labor Day weekend.  I have a show tommorow so I'll be eating well!  I don't about anyone else but I make chili way too often.  So I got this idea from seeing a menu BC posted here on this site, with a few changes.  Actually, Alabama Cooker helped me put it together.  Try this:  Make your usual chili except when it's almost done (1/2 an hour),  transfer the chili into a casserole dish.  Get out your box of Bisquik and make some light dough to pour over the chili.  Pop it into the oven about 30-40 minutes or until golden brown.  Right before you pull it out of the oven, generously sprinkle your fav cheese (I used cheddar cheese) over the casserole until it's melted.  Viola!  A new twist on chili.  Serve with sour cream on the side and it almost taste like your having some cornbread with your chili.  I hope you like it!  Thanks BC and AC!Yes
