HELP! with chinese rice

EmailI need help making chinese rice the brown one not the white one PLEASE HELP URGENT!

hi celtics, I see that you haven't gotten an answerSurprise, I've checked in several cook books that I have and the only recipes that I can find, even close to what your wanting, calls it "stir-fried". Maybe if you knew how it was cooked or some of the items that are in it,that would helpSurprise

I make a "fried rice" that is good, at least the family says so, that makes it true. Right?
Start with cold rice.
Add some vegetable oil to your fry pan or wok. 
Add the cold rice, breaking up large lumps.
Now use you imagination.
I add left over meat, red peppers, a small siced onion.
I add green onions, a bunch is good, frozen peas I add these almost last.
1 or 2 eggs, scramble them up these get added later.
While rice is frying I add soy sauce use enough to get the color you want but keep in mind it is salty.
Add the veggies cook until they are crisp tender.
Push rice away from the center of the pan add the eggs and let them set a bit then stir them into the rice, but don't break the eggs up too much. Add the green onions and frozen peas, heat through and serve.
If you do not have left over meat this is good made vegetarian, use no protien or use tofu.  You can also use shrimp add cooked shrimp when you add the frozen peas, raw shrimp would be added earlier.
