Pork chop recipes

Good morning all,  I am looking for favorite pork chop recipes.  I just thawed a few boneless center cut pork chops and I am really needing a recipe where they come out real juicy. My hubby who is normally not fussy complains my pork chops tend to be dry. Oopsie. So I would really love to get a recipe to surprise him with that does not come out dry. He likes them crispy or crunchy on the outside, and juicy inside.  He does not particularly like the shake in the bag coating if you all know what I mean. Thank you all so much for any recipes you might want to share. Hoping everyone has a wonderful day.  Kasey

For me, I like the pork chops tender, so I like looking at the slow cooker versions.

Here is another recipe from tablespoon.com:

http://www.tablespoon.com/recipes/caesar-pork-chops-recipe/1/

Ingredients

  • 1/4  cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2  teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 1/2  cup purchased creamy Caesar salad dressing
  • (1/2-inch-thick) center-cut bone-in pork chops
  • oz. (1/4 cup) shredded fresh Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 12x8-inch (2-quart) glass baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. In pie pan or shallow dish, combine flour and Italian seasoning; mix well. Pour salad dressing into another pie pan or shallow dish.
  2. Dip both sides of pork chops in flour mixture, coating well. Dip in salad dressing, coating well. Place in sprayed baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Discard any remaining flour mixture and salad dressing.
  3. Bake at 375°F. for 35 to 40 minutes or until pork is no longer pink in center.

Hope this helps! Smile
Sincerely, Cate

No matter what i do to pork chops my husband eats them with bbq sauce until i found this recipe:

Lightly brown chops in a skillet - place chops in baking dish and pour 1 c beef broth and 1 c white wine over top cover with foil and cook about 20 mins at 350 - uncover and continue cooking until done - use 1 c of liguid from dish to make a packet of gravy mix

Our favorite side with this is brown rice.

My families favorite way for me to fix chops is to bread them in italian bread crumbs.  I lightly spray a cookie sheet with pam or something similar, and bake at 375 for 20 - 30 minutes depending on the thickness of the chops.  They are always so tender and juicy!

Hello,

I'm a busy working mom, so I like to use my crockpot alot.  I dump the porkchops (yes, even frozen in the morning), into the crockpot, pour salsa over top, and leave on Low all day.  I often wrap veggies in tin foil, including rice (so add extra liquid to the tin foil) and voila, the full dinner when you walk in.

Great Recipe:  Sounds funny but it's good!  Mix a can of cream of chicken soup with 3 tblsp. of Ketchup and 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire (SP?) sauce.   Brown chops in a skillet, then afterwards cut onions into rings and grill.  (to taste)  Put chops in baking pan, cover with sauce and then put grilled onions on top and bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes.  YUMMMMM.  My son coming home from college asked for these.  After he asked for something with green chile because we live in the Southwest.
