20 min sicilian BBQ alfrado chicken pizza

I have came up with a quick and easy pizza that my fieance and friends are always asking for. It takes only 20 minutes and even the kids can help.

you will need:

3 rolls of refrigerated buttermilk bisket dough

2 boneless skinless chicken breasts

1 jar alfrado sauce

BBQ sauce

12oz bag shreaded cheaddar or colby jack cheese

melted butter

1 clover fresh choped garlic

itailan seasoning

parmasan cheese

On a ungreased cookie sheet open up the bisket dough. Lay the pre-cut biskets next to each other to almost fully cover the cookie sheet. Pich together the dough to cover the gaps.  mix garlic, parmasan and itailan seasoning into melted butter and brush over the biskets. Bake the dough at the tempiture stated on the dough package but for only 2/3s of the time indicated. While the crust is baking cut the chicken into strips and cook in a skillet with oil. chop the chicken and place in a sealable with BBQ sauce cover and shake to coat the chicken.

When the crust is done cooking remove from the oven.  cover crust with alfrado sauce as you would normal pizza sauce. top with coated chicken and cheese and more itailan seasoning. Place back in the oven till the cheese is melted.

Cut and serve
