No I did not mean pie.  I know the difference in Quiche and pie.  Thanks to Alabama Cooker for the receipe.

Sorry for the confusuion. I put it as an option because though it's a called a pie, the discription said, "It’s restaurant-style quiche at home!"

TY Alabama Cooker for posting the recipe. Smile

Crustless Quiche
You can vary this recipe to suit your tastes. It is great with cooked bacon, cooked sausage, steamed broccoli, mushrooms, artichokes, bell pepper - whatever you like. I also like swiss, gruyere and mozzarella cheese or a combination. Just depends on what I have on hand.

2 cups milk
4 eggs
3/4 cup biscuit baking mix (Bisquick)
1/4 cup butter, softened
1/3 cup onions, finely chopped
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 (10 ounce) package chopped frozen spinach, thawed and drained
1 cup cubed cooked ham
8 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese

Beat together milk, eggs, baking mix, butter, onions and Parmesan cheese. Stir in spinach, ham and Cheddar cheese. Pour into lightly sprayed/greased 10 inch quiche dish and bake at 375 degrees for 50 minutes, until eggs are set and top is golden brown.
