old recipe

I am looking for the recipe for blueberry muffins that used to be on the pkg of maregerine.

One of my family members must have "borrowed" mine.

Here's a recipe from an Imperial margarine box.

Recipe found on www.recipezaar.com

Very Berry Muffins

From an "Imperial" margarine box.

Ingredients

1/2 cup margarine, melted and cooled

1 cup milk

2 teaspoons grated lemon peel

1 teaspoon vanilla or almond extract

2 eggs

2 1/4 cups flour

1 cup granulated sugar

4 teaspoons baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup blueberries

1/2 cup raspberries

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

2. Grease standard size muffin pan cups.

3. In a small bowl,whisk together margarine,milk,grated lemon peel,vanilla and eggs.

4. In a large bowl stir together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt until blended.

5. Make a well in center of dry ingredients and add wet ingredients, stirring just until combined;Fold in berries.

6. Divide batter equally among prepared muffin pan cups.

7. Bake 20 minutes until golden colour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

8. Let sit 10 minutes before removing from pan;Cool on rack.

Those who forget the pasta are condemned to reheat it.
