Meat; 2 lbs hamburger, Spanish Gardens Taco seasoning, chopped onion. All browned in shillet.
Tortillias; FLASH fried in 1/2" of grease (About 20 seconds). Tortillias are to stay as limber as a dish rag.
Sauce; Store bought Chillie Sauce, with a pinch of cinnimon and hot sauce,
Toppings; Grated mild cheddar, diced garden tomatoes, lettuce finely chopped.
Assembly; Cheese goes in first, 2nd; meat, 3rd two spoons of sauce, then tomatoes, then lettuce.
Eating; Hold taco buy the flaps (lefthand) with a tablespoon at the bottom (righthand). Everytime you take a bite catch the juice with the spoon and return it back to the top.
You have to eat quick, or the shell will soon get soggy and fall apart.
