Freezing Chicken Fingers

I am going to make Betty Crocker's Ultimate Chicken Fingers.  They are delicious and very easy to make.  Has anyone had any luck freezing them?  I have 2 little ones so this would be a quick and easy lunch if I could make a large batch and then just take what we need.  I know there are rules about freezing and thawing chicken, but it's fine to refreeze it after it has been cooked, right?

Hi, @bluestars! Welcome to the community! As long as your chicken fingers have been fully cooked as instructed, they'll be fine to freeze and reheat. Before you freeze your leftovers, make sure they fully cool before you do anything. After they've cooled, put them in a freezer safe, air tight container to store until you'd like to cook them again. Good luck!

Besides the information from EmilyD, I would like to add that I freeze things in a single layer on a cookie sheet before I put them into a freezer bag or container. It is easier to take out just what you need without thawing everything out.
