Coupons By Mail?

My local grocery store does not accept coupons printed from online. Is there any way to get the coupons from this site in the mail?

I dont have a printer so it is hard for me to get the coupons. I would be interested in gettting those coupons in the mail. Let me know if you can!

Do what you can with what you have!

It is often costly to continue cooking/purchasing healthy food, esp as an independent college student. My list and amount spent at the grocery store every two weeks is literally the same (averaging about $145) it would be extremely beneficial if coupons came with the product themselves (could be printed on the inside of the packaging), or were received through email. A coupon entitles the bearer to an immediate price discount, but only 2% are ever used. College students(and people who actually use coupons) typically use the Internet to access online news instead of newspapers, which contain the printed coupons/ads. Printing coupons on the inside of product boxes/bags/containers would reduce the costs of advertisement and increase purchases, not only by first time buyers, but also for recurring customers.

Hi tgroshong:

Thank you for letting us know about Internet coupons and I’m sorry to hear you had trouble using your coupons. After talking to customer service I was told that almost all major retailers have a corporate policy to accept printable coupons as long as they are not for free product and as long as they scan properly.  In fact, many of these policies can be easily found by typing “coupons” or “internet coupons” into the search box on the retailer’s corporate websites.

In some cases local store managers are not consistent with the corporate policy for various reasons.  You could consider calling the customer service line for the corporate retail offices for more information regarding the store that you had trouble with. Or, go to http://printcoupons.com and complete the Contact Us form.
There it will ask you what area you shop in, and some of the stores where you’ve had trouble. The information you provide will enable the vendor to contact the retailer for more discussion on this topic.

Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your coupon issues. Please know General Mills is working hard with their vendors and the retail community to address concerns and to satisfy mutual customers.

Sincerely, CC
