First,instead of spreading the fudge all over, Just place it all in the center. Next, undercook them (i.e., if the mini directions say 30 secs., I cook them for 20-23 - *barely* let the top dry!) You'll find the fudge ends up in the center and oozes out when you dig in. Top with some whip cream or vanilla ice cream and go to town!
