Grilling Corn on the Cob

What are your tips for grilling corn on the cob?

I often read that keeping it in the corn husks on while grilling is great. We have a recipe like that here: http://www.bettycrocker.com/recipes.aspx/grilled-spicy-corn

I grill my corn with the husks on but remove all of the hairs(yuck!). After that I try to keep as many of the husks on as I can so I can just reseal them later.I melt any type of butter/margarine and brush it on.Them I take a mixture of garlic salt or powder and sprinkle that on as well. Just reseal them and cook on grill until done!
