Spare ribs- recipe

Last year someone posted a recipe to bake pork spare ribs and they were wraped in saran wrap first then foil. Dose anyone remember or have the instructions? I need them A.S.A.P. and couldn't find them. Thanks, Granna2

I don't remember a post about that here, but I found this online:

I cook mine in the oven all the time, but I don't wrap them in Saran wrap. I season them, lay them on a sprayed top broiler pan, put water in the bottom pan and cover tightly with foil. Bake for 2 1/2 to 3 hours at 325 degrees. Remove from oven, carefully remove foil, drain water, brush with BBQ sauce and return to oven uncovered at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes until sauce thickens. The steam from the water makes the ribs very moist and tender.

If you don't have broiler pan just season the ribs, wrap them in foil and put them on a baking sheet without water and baked them the same way.
