What are your favorite grilled fish recipes?

I love summer and I love grilling. Each week we end up using the grill for a meal or two. I feel like there is a point in the summer though where I start getting bored with hamburgers and hotdogs and I’m feeling the need to get creative. I was talking to my dad (another grill fan) about the issue and he asked me if I have ever grilled fish. Yes, but I haven’t really explored past my salmon.

First off, I realized I was clueless on cooking temps and times for fish. That can be solved here:

Shrimp can be cooked in 4-10 minutes?  That sounds like a perfect weeknight meal!

On the hunt for recipe ideas I checked Betty Crocker (and a few sister sites) to get some ideas. There were ones that caught my eye:

My favorite fish on the grill is swordfish. Iuse a butter mixture;

3 tbs melted butter

1 tbs chopped fresh cilantro

1 tbs lime zest

2 tsp lime juice

1/8 tsp fresh ground pepper

1 lb sword fish steak

Stir all the butter mixture ingredients together in a small bowl.

Brush mixture on both sides of the fish.

Place fish on grill over medium heat

Cook 4-5 minutes each side basting with the mixture often.

When the fish flaks easily with a fork it's done.

enjoy!!!Yes
