I like to soak the chicken and veggies in Italian dressing for 2-4 hours. So easy and always delicious!

My favorite Kabao is a two skewer Kabob. We do  meat only skwers and veggie only skewers two ensure that the meat is cooked completly without burning the veggies.

I cube chicken breast and marinade in zesty Italian salad dressing for several hours to overnite. After the meat is placed on the skewers the I season with season salt, pepper. onion powder and on a few for some zip creole seasoning. You may baste the skewers with additional dressing for flavore and to keep the meat from drying but do NOT use leftover marinade from the chicken. Use fresh from the bottle to avoid bactirea from chicken marinade.

Veggie skewer includes red onion, red pepper, yellow pepper, yellow squash, zucchini, and egg plant. Cut veggies into bite size pieces and marinade in Tomato basile Vinigarette salad dressing for a couple hours. Skewer and grill till desired doneness. You may also use left over marinadefrom veggies sinse no baciterial issues will arise to baste for additional flavore and to avoid drying out.

Note: Soaking wooden skewers in water or even apple juice will help to keep them from burning.
