smoking meats slow

I'm running out of ideas for my smoker.

Beef, chicken, pork, fish.

Whats your fave and how do you do it?

Can you smoke fruit?

I love my smoker! I use it every couple of weeks, year round. We love hamburgers, chicken, chuck roasts, and I smoke a ham every few weeks. I've never tried fruit. Have you tried salmon or bacon wrapped shrimp?  I change up the spices on chicken to keep it different; Cajun, Italian, Greek, lemon-pepper, BBQ sauce, honey/garlic/soy sauce, etc.  I love bacon wrapped chicken, too.  Smokercooking.com has some great recipes.

Try smoking vegetables, sausage, hen, turkey, hotdogs; seasoned to your liking; also fruit has been used as well; be creative. I don't have a smoker but I can think of things I would like on a smoker. They may not turn out as you would like but we learn from our mistakes to make it better.
