Hello, Bellajax.

We can't seem to place this exact recipe either, but maybe you can find something similar in our long list of other egg recipes? Let us know if you try any of these and how it turned out. Good luck!

From the 1961 edition of the Betty Crocker New Picture Cookbook

Savory Eggs

1 cup grated cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 cup cream
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
6 eggs, slightly beaten

Heat oven to 325F (slow mod.). Sprinkle cheese in
square pan, 9x9x1-3/4". Dot with butter. Mix cream,
mustard, salt and pepper; pour half over cheese.
Pour eggs over top, then remaining cream mixture.
Bake 25 minutes. Serve at once. 6 servings.

Those who forget the pasta are condemned to reheat it.
