Lavash pizza

When my husband and I go to his hometown in ND, we have a place we always go for pizza that they call "Lavash" .  It's got a thin, flaky crust, (we get sauteed mushrooms- but you can any regular pizza topping) and topped with Havarti cheese - there's no pizza sauce.  I'm trying to figure out how to make it, but I'm stumped on the crust.  Just using any regular pizza crust doesn't work.


I've found a recipe for Lavash "bread" but, I'm not sure if that would make a crust like that.


Anyone heard of a Lavash pizza like this?
