Hi tweety!

Yes- Bisquick can be used in these apple crisps recipes:

http://www.bettycrocker.com/recipes.aspx/microwave-apple-crisp/ace23080-1e39-4a6d-85f3-6c798c43cf72

Here is another one:

http://www.tablespoon.com/recipes/cinnamon-apple-crisp-recipe/1/

Ingredients

  • 10  cups thinly sliced peeled tart apples (about 10 medium)
  • cups Bisquick® Original baking mix
  • cups packed brown sugar
  • teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2  cup (1 stick) firm margarine or butter

Instructions

  1. HEAT oven to 375º. Spread apples in ungreased rectangular pan, 13x9x2 inches.
  2. MIX remaining ingredients until crumbly; sprinkle over apples.
BAKE about 40 minutes or until apples are tender. Serve warm.

Hope these help! Thank you for joining us on the boards!
Sincerely, Cate
