Mayonase

Howdy all,

I am about to get married to a wonder woman... BUT she is not the best cook in the world.. she only knows to cook 5 things.... chicken, chicken, chicken, white rice and black beans..LOL... she can not use mayo cause of the vinegar that is in it. Every recipe I look at contains Vinegar and lime or lemon juice.. is there anyone out there that may know a way to make mayo without vinegar or the citurs juice that has a good taste?

Thanks

Hmmm. Isn't there is always some amount there? I am not a mayo fan and use sour cream to often replace – would that be of help? Sincerely, Cate

So sorry to hear that, I don't have a recipe for your problem but I just wanted to say that I could not imagine my life without mayo. I put mayo on almost every sandwich, cheeseburger you name it. My sister hates mayo I love it. Best of luck in spicying up your meals I will look for a good recipe for you :)
