My family thinks veggies are yucky!

I have a wonderful husband and a terrific son, but they think almost all veggies are yucky.  Personally, I love almost every vegetable on the face of the earth.  The only vegetable they will eat is canned green beans.  I've tried to fix carrots several different ways - no luck.  I tried broccoli with a lovely cheese sauce - absolutely not.  I cooked black-eyed peas with bacon and they wouldn't even look at them.  Green peas?  Forget it.  I was sure the yellow squash I sauteed with red bell pepper would interest them, but they avoided the squash also.  Occasionally I can sneak a salad in, but it must be iceberg lettuce only.  No tomatoes, no cucumber, no mushrooms, no nothingl.  Sometimes I can sneak a veggie into a casserole, but as a side dish, I've just about given up on trying to find one they like.  Can anyone help me?  Please?

Cooking is like any kind of art - it allows you to be creative. I never met a dog I didn't like!
