hi, well guess I can't help much on the recipes, since I don't offten cook that way, as for the Christian part and Praying, I can sure do that, but you've left me a little confused, "drink a little wine"? And the unleavened bread, I don't have a recipe, but I think it was made from just flour, olive oil and water, no salt or levening items. When our Pastor made it, he didn't use the oil either, just flour and water.

i made our unlevened bread for communion every sunday morning  and only used all purpose flour sifted olive oil OR crisco vegetable solid shortening and soem ice cold water to form a soft dough ...roll it out htin and trim to the size you need prick with a fork or toothpick and bake til just golden brown . mine was more of a pie crust feeling to it no sweetner or salt or anything else though instead of a crackery feeling .

i am a diabetic too and a christian for 16 years now . i would love to pray for you and with you .

Thank you...it gets very hard at times when I sit here some nites wondering..."are there really any ladys who will swap great lowfat recipes and pray for me and with me and for others"? I ask God to bring me many joyful e-mails to filled with strong christian ladys and familys that I know I can surley count on for prayer for not only me,but for my son and husband and for other ladys and familys out there not so fortunate,...as times are really getting rather freightening with the global warming due to too many people eating all the tuna fish up out of the sea.tuna fish eats algiee and keeps the oceans clean.

My husband and I watch the science and history channel at times and it gets pretty scary sometimes, thanks for your love and support oh also if you want you can go to my page at yahoo, create yourself a 360% yahoo page then link onto my page,to see my page go to http://360.yahoo.com/songwritersingerdebbie I hope & pray to see you there soon.Thats where I usually am.Can you get the recipe for me to make for my sons birthday ?CakeTimeParty!!!

Big SmileHey Debbie,i to am a christian, saved by the grace of God!! I try to live in moderation (and cook that way) but i will admit i have never had unleavened (real)bread. As for my praying (talking to God)do it all the time. I just cut down on portions but hubby's not to thrilled with to much "diet" cooking, lol. I try to cut down on sugars and fat, etc. So not many actual recipes to share, sorry. I look them up at "all recipes.com" and BC. Hope to "hear" from u soon again.

Wow ! you know what your a great person who loves the Lord Jesus with all her heart & soul,so you really caught my attention on this wonderful sunny filled day,at a time when I was feeling in the dumps, our son left home to live with his grandpa for a few months and my husband is really mad, because we need him here to do jobs ! our son is  worried about my dad because my dad had a heart attack and only 1/3 of his heart is working, plus someone got ahold of our sons id his ss number and charged about 5 7 thousand dollars now he's in debt and scared,he's only 23 going on 24 in May on the 5th.

I wish I had $25 dollars to send to him on his birthday he's a swell kid,but I don't I wish I knew alot of people who would send him a birthday card with some money but golly I just don't and so here I sit crying my eyes out for our son, lifes been so unfair to him.
