Help!

A friend of mine just gave me a large amount of raosted green chilis.I would like to make green chili with pork or chicken.Does anyone have a recipe?

Normally, I would put the chili's in my food processor and pulse with some vinegar or water to make a sauce (if the chili's are already roasted and skinned).  After processing them I put them in a large pot, taste, and adjust the seasonings to your liking.  I like to use white vinegar whether I am using green or red chili's.  Also I will grab one or two cookbooks with Mexican recipes for sauces and mix up the recipes to suite my taste.   Good luck with making the sauce.    You can use a crock pot to do your pork or chicken and either chunk it up or shred it and mix it with your sauce.
