looking for a recipe from the 1970's

There was a small booklet sent in the early 1970's from Bisquick and it had a casserole with eggs, canned peppers tomatoes and cheese - it was so good and easy and I would love to have it.  I think it was sent around Christmas. I would really be so pleased if anyone has this recipe - or the little booklet.

Thanks,

Regina

I don't know if this is the recipe you are looking for, but it sounds similar:

Harvest Bounty Casserole 3 cups cut-up green beans, cooked and drained2 medium green peppers, chopped6 medium tomatoes, chopped3 cups shredded Cheddar cheese (about 12 ounces)1 cup Bisquick® baking mix2 teaspoons salt1/2 to 1 teaspoon cayenne red pepper1 cup milk6 eggs Heat oven to 350°.  Grease baking dish, 13 1/2x8 3/4x1 3/4 inches.  Spread beans and peppers in dish; sprinkle with tomatoes and cheese.  Beat remaining ingredients with hand beater until smooth.  Pour over vegetables and cheese.  Bake uncovered until golden brown, 45 to 50 minutes.  Let stand 10 minutes before serving.  10 to 12 servings. High Altitude (5000 feet):  No adjustments are necessary. Note:  Recipe can be cut in half.  Use baking dish, 10x6x1 1/2 inches. Bake 30 to 35 minutes.  5 or 6 servings.

Lovdragons this is not the recipe I was looking for, however, it sounds very good and I certainly plan to try it.  Thank you very much.
