We have a helpful video here with a yummy recipe!

My favorite way of making salmon is grilling it. I usually add some olive oil and simple spices to each side and cook it on medium until it's cooked all the way through.

We have a fair amont of salmon recipes on here though, most of them talk about how the salmon is cooked.

Hope this helps and inspires!

When the weather is bad and I can't cook Salmon on the grill.  I spray a pyrex baking dish with cooking spray. Place the Salmon Fillet or steaks in the dish, sprinkle with lemon juice, dill, fresh gound salt & pepper. Bake at 350 for 15 to 20 minutes. Until 140 degrees internal temperature. Salmon should flake easily with a fork.

I like to serve this with Rice Pilaf and Dilled Green Beans.  YUM!

rinse the salmon, well and place it in aluminum foil on a baking dish, if it is a whole salmon, i rub the inside with olive oil, salt, pepper, lemon, and some rosemary, i pour melted butter or oleo over the top and cook the salmon inside the foil, wrap it tight, if you have only 1 or 2 pieces of salmon, use the same method, cook the salmon until it is fork tender, good luck

I spray or brush w/olive oil, then sprinkle w/Emeril's Original Essence seasoning then grill.  So easy and everyone likes it!
