I found the recipe by Betty Crocker on another site here: http://www.tablespoon.com/recipes/easy-tuna-pot-pie-recipe/1/
The ingredients are:
1/2 package Betty Crocker pie crust (1 1/3 cups)
1 package (10 ounces) frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of celery soup
1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of asparagus soup
1 can (9 1/4 oz) tuna in water, drained
1/2 can (16 oz size) whole potatoes, drained and cut into quarters
1 small onion, finely chopped (about 1/4 cup)
Instructions:
Heat oven to 425 degrees. Prepare pie crust mix as directed on package for one-crust pie. Shape pastry into flattened square on lightly floured cloth-covered surface. Roll pastry into 8-inch square. Cut small slits in pastry. Mix remaining ingredients; pour into ungreased square baking dish, 8x8x2 inches. Cover with pastry. Bake about 35 minutes or until pastry is golden brown.
I hope this helps ya out!
