Recipes for bundt pan

LOOKING FOR RECIPES THAT CAN BE BAKED IN A 6 CUP BUNDT PAN.  MOST SEEM TO CALL FOR AN 8 CUP.

I have found a recipe for "Monkey Bread".  You can even adjust it to the size of your pan.  From the store, just pick up a can or two of already made buttermilk biscuit dough.  When you open the can, cut each biscuit into 4 and roll them in a cinnamon and sugar mixture  (1/2 c sugar to 2 teaspoons cinnamon), oven at 350*.  Butter your bundt pan generously and start dropping in your rolled sugared biscuits.  Melt 4-5 tablespoons of butter and pour over the top and bake about 20 mins. For more specifics (my numbers may be wrong)  **Found on Foodnetwork.com from Paula Deen.  The best dessert ever!

Since recipes have been hard to find, why not use any recipe you like and use the extra batter to make cupcakes or a small cake. Any small oven-proof bowl or ramekin should work. They should bake at the same oven temp, but will bake much quicker than the bundt.
