Grandbuff,
I could not locate your recipe either, but I may have found a close substitute.
In searching the Internet, I came across this posting for a pancake recipe with similar ingredients.
2 cups flour*
3 T sugar
1/2 cup milk
6 ounces lemon yogurt
2 eggs
2T butter, melted
2 T lemon juice
I also found that you can make your own "bran flour" by food processing (or blending to a fine powder) all-bran cereal. The site also suggested that you use a 1/4 cup of all-purpose flour with each 3/4 cup of bran flour @ cups of flour = 1-1/2 cup of bran flour and 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour).
The bran amount should more than make up for the wheat germ; however, if you want to go with the Bisquick method, I would make it 1 cup of Bisquick with 1 cup of the bran flour. I would add 1 T of the wheat germ and then use this recipe.
Also, you could substitute vegetable oil for the melted butter. That would be one of the items that would be the agent that would enhance the moistness, along with the milk, eggs, and lemon yogurt.
