Looking for Bisquick recipe with italian sausage & italian vegetables

I'm trying to locate a recipe that I used to make for my husband.  I can't find it after moving.  It is a casserole with Italian sausage, Italian vegetables and Ragu.  You drop spoonfuls of Bisquick on top.

Thanks

Hi toneal115:

Welcome to the boards! Linda from Customer Service gave me this recipe... is it the right one?

Savory Italian Sausage and Biscuits
Prep:  15 min  Bake:  20 min

1/2 pound fully cooked mild Italian turkey sausages, cut into 3/4-inch slices
1 bag (1 pound) frozen zucchini, cauliflower, Italian green beans, baby lima beans and sliced carrots, thawed and drained
1 jar (14 ounces) tomato pasta sauce (any variety)
1 can (8 ounces) Italian-style tomato sauce
1 cup Original Bisquick
1/3 cup milk
3/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

1.Heat oven to 400º.  Grease square baking dish, 8x8x2 inches. Stir sausage slices, vegetables, pasta sauce and tomato sauce in 10-inch skillet; heat to boiling.  Pour into baking dish. Stir Bisquick, milk and Italian seasoning until soft dough forms.  Drop dough by 6 spoonfuls onto vegetable mixture.  Sprinkle with cheese.  Bake uncovered 18 to 20 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.  6 servings.

High Altitude (3500-6500 ft):  Heat oven to 425º.  Bake 22 to 26 minutes.

Substitution
You can use any 1-pound blend of frozen vegetables that your family prefers.

Sincerely, Cate

Thank you so much!  You are a lifesaver. Smile I've been looking all over for this.  I'm sure I have the cookbook that it is in, but I can't seem to find it.
