Hi Faith42431, I got this recipe out of the "The Best of cuontry Cooking" book from 1993. Is this the recipes that your looking for? "Amish Sour Cream Apple Pie": by Clara Yoder, Millersburg, Ohio : 1c.sour cream,1 egg, 3/4 c. sugar, 2 T. all-purpose flour, 1/4t. salt, 1t. vanilla, 2 & 1/2c. diced/peeled apples, 1 unbaked 9" pie shell,: beat sour cream and egg, add sugar,flour,salt,& vanilla. Mix untill smooth, stir in apples. put into pie shell and bake at 400 for 25 minutes: top with crumb topping: Crumb Topping: 1/2c. brown sugar, 1/3c. flour, 1/4c. butter, 1t. cimmamon. blended thgether and used on top of baked pie. Bake 20 minutes more. Let me know, if not I'll check a few more cook books
