oh!yes......we have many bisquick recipes. most come from the little yellow book, Our most loved was the irish soda bread. I began using bisquick at an early age and still at 77.
I still continue to use it for so many things .it is a staple in my kitchen.

Sincerely, Cate Irish Soda Bread - Bisquick® 4 cups Bisquick® baking mix 1 cup Gold Medal® whole wheat flour 3 tablespoons sugar 1/4 cup firm margarine or butter 2 eggs 1 1/2 cups buttermilk Heat oven to 350°. Generously grease 1 1/2-quart round casserole. Mix baking mix, flour and sugar in large bowl. Cut in margarine until crumbly. Beat eggs slightly; reserve 1 tablespoon. Stir remaining eggs and the buttermilk into crumbly mixture until moistened. Turn dough onto well-floured cloth-covered board. Knead 20 times. Shape dough into ball; place in casserole. Cut 4-inch cross about 1/4 inch deep in center of ball. Brush dough with reserved egg. Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, 60 to 70 minutes. Cool 10 minutes; remove from casserole. High Altitude Directions (3500 to 6500 feet): Heat oven to 375°. Decrease baking mix to 3 1/2 cups; add 1/2 cup Gold Medal® all-purpose flour. Bake about 60 minutes. Irish Soda Bread - Bisquick 1 cup Bisquick® 1/4 cup raisins 1 teaspoon caraway seed 1/3 cup milk Butter Heat oven to 450°. Grease an 8-inch pie pan. In small bowl stir together Bisquick, raisins, caraway seed and milk. Spread dough in prepared pie pan. Bake about 12 minutes or until top is golden. Cut into wedges. Serve hot with butter. 4 to 6 servings.
