"classic" Stroganoff

I noticed the change in packaging and that they are now calling the Stroganoff "classic".  I tried it tonight and I have to disagree.

To start with, there were less noodles and the noodles cooked up different. With the reduction of noodles, they really should have reduced the amount of ground beef to use.  And the taste was off.

I grew up on Stroganoff being the ONLY hamburger helper out there.  It wasn't until I was in college that I learned there were OTHER types of hamburger helpers.  Sometime after college, they changed it slightly and no longer included the second small packet.  The sour cream packet.

This is not the Stroganoff I remember all my life.  Unless they are going back to some version of it that is over 40 years old, this is not the classic Stroganoff.  I really do not care for it at all.  It's the noodles that are really ruining it.
