I just found out about the Betty Crocker line of gluten free desserts and goodies.  I've been looking for reviews on how they taste and how others felt about them.  LIke you said, many gluten free desserts, cakes, cookies etc., are grainy and just plain awful.

My 17 year old son is going to be thrilled. Tomorrow I am in search of the gluten free mixes and will make every last one for him to try.

Here's hoping, I believe in Betty Crocker so my expectation and hope is high for these products.

Mine don't come out as well, because I'm allergic to Eggs. I tried using Apple Sauce, or plain Egg Whites, but they come out pretty horrible. Any advice to make them taste better?

I have not tried the cake mix yet but look forward to it.  I tried the brownies this weekend and they were delicious. My children have tried many of my gluten free foods and while some of them have been good some have been terrible. They said these did not tast gluten free. When my 15 yr old looked at them and I said they were gluten free my 10 year old said "These are actually good!".  Thank you Thank you Thank you. I would love to see more and the price come down a little. Are you going to have coupons for these?  I am a huge coupon shopper and sale shopper. Thanks so much!!!
