I haven't had issues working through Firefox. Per the wording:

Coupon printing is supported on Windows Operating Systems Vista, XP, and 2000 when used with:

• Internet Explorer 6 or higher
• Firefox 1 or higher
• Netscape 8 or higher
• Most MSN and AOL browsers

MSN, AOL, or Compuserve users

If you can’t print, try Internet Explorer 6 or higher.

Mac users

Coupon printing is supported on Macintosh OSX 10.3 or higher when used with Safari.

Linux or WebTV users

Sorry, these don’t support coupon printing.

I totally agree with the coupon issue! The first time I came to this site, I thought it was great. Until I attempted to print out coupons. After my second attempt and four downloads of the driver, I was informed my coupon limit was reached. In exasperation, I left the site. three months later I have again had a horrible experience and not been able to print the coupons because of the couponprinter. exe. file. This is rediculous. In addition, I went to the main page to look for an easy to find number to call or online chat to have the darn things sent to me. Nowhere to be found. I am really, really, fed up with this. What a waste of time! Good Riddance. There are other Companies who take care of their customers!
