Hamburger Helper Help?

Hello Community!

First time poster here and I need some help, please! My family loves Hamburger Helper (especially Potatoes Stroganoff) and it appears on our dinner table with some frequency. But I am now on a low calorie diet and live and eat by the nutrition boxes! Now HHs box has serving size and prepared calorie count but not percentage of milk that’s based on. There is a difference in the calories in skim milk and whole milk and the percentages in between. So my question is: can anyone here tell me what percent milk the nutrition facts are based on and/or some place I can find this info? I would love it if someone was as OCD as I am and there is info out there that tells you the different facts based on different milk percentage.

Thanks so much for any help given!

Hi danserdechat:

I just talked to Consumer Services.

The nutrition information on packages of Hamburger Helper are based on using 2% milk and hamburger that is 80% lean.
I hope this helps.

Sincerely, Cate
