Fructose Intolerance? As in NO HIgh Fructose Corn Syrup stuff?!?! I'm looking for more recipes, foods, and ideas. I have discovered that persons with CA-MRSA should avoid the stuff. I'm sticking to Turmeric and AVC. Anyway, Oroweat Breads clearly posts on some of their breads "No High Fructose Corn Syrup." They even make a potato bread without the stuff! Be careful with yogurts, some have HFCS. Betty Crocker posts recipes with yogurt so be careful! I also have to avoid most grape jellies. Look for fruit spreads, preserves, and jellies WITH sugar! It's the old-fashioned way of making them anyway.
