Here's one we like and make all the time.

Fusion Vinaigrette Salad Dressing

2 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
2 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
4 Tbsp Marukan Seasoned Rice Vinegar
4 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

Salt & black pepper to taste

Place vinegars in a small bowl and whisk in the extra-virgin olive oil.
Pour dressing over salad and toss to coat evenly. Season with Salt & black pepper to taste. Makes 3/4 cup.

Those who forget the pasta are condemned to reheat it.

These can be made in a blender, food processor or by hand with a whisk.

Raspberry Vinaigrette Salad Dressing

3 tablespoons Raspberry jam
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup oil

Place jam in microwave for 15 to 20 seconds, just until melted. Whisk in red wine vinegar, salt and pepper. Slowly add oil, whisking until thick.

Fresh Lemon Vinaigrette

1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 clove garlic, pressed to paste
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/2 cup vegetable oil

Combine lemon juice, mustard, garlic, salt and pepper. Gradually add oil, whisking until blended.

You can adjust the amount of sugar, vinegar and lemon juice on these two to make dressing more or less sweet or more or less tart.

Poppyseed Dressing

1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup vinegar
2 teaspoons minced onion
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon poppy seeds

Combine sugar, vinegar, onion, mustard, and salt using whisk or blender. Slowly add in oil, mixing until thick. Mix in poppy seeds.
